Kundalini has been described in various ways. Personally consider there is no other word quite so genuine in meaning for the word and for the idea other than “soul”. For a broader understanding “Conscious Energy”, “Individual Awareness” and “Inner Light” fundamentally convey “Kundalini” quite well.
Yoga and Meditation Practice Guidelines:
- Do not eat within an hour before class. Having water on hand is fine.
- Prepare your practice space a few minutes prior to class to redirect your focus on yourself and your practice.
- Wear Something comfortable to stretch in but not too loose.
- Shut off other devices and keep them unavailable until after class.
- Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
