Dear Students and Friends,
I wish you all well in every way and keep you in my heart cave. I am adjusting and modifying my new schedules and flow. Join me and others for an opportunity to do the work of consciousness. All the work I share with you comes from the gratitude of the very healthful and uplifting tools that have been taught to me and that have given me the destiny to pass them on to you.
Each one of us is invited in many ways to get into rhythm and harmony with the seasons and cycles we observe in the creation around us, and with the spirit that breathes life into being. As the light of day diminishes and the nights are longer, our winter solstice calls for consolidating. The season calls for reflecting upon our gains and accomplishments and reevaluating them with visions for the year ahead. It calls for gathering together, sharing and celebrating!
All over the world there are celebrations acknowledging this present transition through the longest and darkest hours. Seeds have fallen and lie underground representing depth of human reflection, self assessment and potential. For some and long ago, these celebrations revolved around the assurance that this diminished Light upon the dark earth would be born once again to its fullest and brightest. And from the heavens this new Light would initiate the life generating potential of nature. All human sustenance and nurturing depended upon this! This is how the Sun, the nearest star, has come to represent divine Light. In these times the Sun awaits for humanity to evolve, to acknowledge and accept its more apparent and unconditional treasures. The divine Light if thought of at all, is a distant thing, widely believed to be known only after death.
The Light is identified as the heaven power which rules through insight. From insight comes Truth, the inner wisdom arrived at through the journey of a life lived.
In your thoughts feelings and desires reflect upon the star of wonder, of wisdom, the star of royal beauty bright by going under and within like the seed. Take care of your physical body through yoga practice and other healthful means and meditate. Make an effort to perceive your true self that lies beneath the veils that obscure it and the sense that you are always at the mercy of the forces of your circumstances. Truth is the birthright of every human being and confirms the equality of all. The light of Truth is great and prevails.
