Classic Yoga

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation
as taught by Yogi Bhajan

 Kundalini Yoga works primarily by facilitating the flow of energy through the body, in particular along the spinal energy channels through the chakras. Regular practice can deeply relax you, elevate your consciousness and  promote physical well-being.

Beginners Kundalini Yoga and Meditation classes offer a solid foundation for developing the practice of Kundalini Yoga. Includes beginning pranayama (breathing techniques), beginning kriya (sequential postures) mantra and meditation techniques that facilitate the experience of self that Kundalini Yoga is so well known for!

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation classes offer a deeper practice and experience in personal transformation, expansion and awareness of your spiritual (Kundalini) energy with the use of healing sound (mantras), mudras, (hand gestures), meditations, and spiritual teachings. If you build great physical strength, you can meet any challenge of life.  Experience life changing exercise for more endurance, a stronger more flexible body and fast results.


Hatha Yoga

 Hatha Yoga is a practice which involves intentionally positioning the body in various poses purposefully for strengthening the major muscle groups and the deeper musculature which supports yoga postures. Yoga postures are taught in various ways, sometimes holding a succession of postures or at times yoga postures are taught in a flow and varying in intensity.  In addition, yoga postures are practiced with a physical design that facilitates personal health and fitness and brings balance, strength and calmness to the practitioner.

Gentle Yoga for Adults

Lighter impact, high results. A yoga and breathing practice with some meditation for you if you are seeking a moderate yoga challenge and pace, and assured progress. Smaller classes, individualized attention and considerate instruction for modifying poses for releasing deep bodily tension and facilitating serenity of mind.
