MONDAY

Hatha Yoga Flow 6:15 – 7:30 pm  
A refreshing well rounded practice of Hatha Yoga. Discover your deepest serenity, courage of heart, strength of mind and body, and balance in your life’s endeavors. Flow! Taught by Sunny Crist and Kelly (Radhika) Hicks.

WEDNESDAY

Prenatal Yoga 4:30 – 5:45 pm 
A time to retreat from your routines and focus on your pregnancy changes.  Gather together with other moms and get your head and heart together for your todays and your tomorrows. Taught by Anahata.

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation 6:15 – 7:30 pm  
Sequential postures, meditation and sacred chant facilitate the flow of core energy through the body, in particular along the spinal energy channels or chakras.  Experience life changing exercise for more endurance, a stronger more flexible body and fast results. Regular practice can deeply relax you, elevate your consciousness and promote wellness! Taught by Anahata.

THURSDAY

Gentle Blue Lotus Yoga  11:00 am-12:00 pm

Open Heart Meditation   12:15-1:00
A 20 - minute guided meditation practice to open the heart with relief from negative emotions. Come in. Be quietly seated and attune to your heart’s natural tendency for calm and peace. (non denominational, universal) Chairs available. Led by Anahata.

Hatha Yoga is a practice which involves intentionally positioning the body in various poses purposefully for strengthening the major muscle groups and the deeper musculature which supports yoga postures. Yoga postures are taught in various ways, sometimes holding a succession of postures or at times yoga postures are taught in a flow and varying in intensity.  In addition, yoga postures are practiced with a physical design that facilitates personal health and fitness and brings balance, strength and calmness to the practitioner.

JOURNEY WELL THROUGH MENOPAUSE

With Menopause comes a cascade of changes that can complicate how a woman feels physically and emotionally with symptoms that can be chronically upsetting. However the good news is that with guidance the menopausal journey can be one that is uplifted, energetic and creative. Join Dr. Rojas a traditional Family Medicine/internal medicine practitioner who integrates alternative approaches to women's health. Anahata brings a mind body medicine training and years teaching. She offers simple stretching and breathing exercises to strengthen the glands and balance the subtle emotional conditions of menopause such as anxiety, grief, and difficult self concept. Experience ways to renew self confirmation in this valuable phase of life
